Download the Song Listing Database
program file for either the music
listings from our CDs or the
listings for our music videos
on DVD:

STEP 2
Find the file you just downloaded. When you find the file, double click the
file. After it launches, click "OK" If you are using the CD program:
A folder named "JUL08-REFGUIDE" has
been created in the PROGRAM FILES Directory on your "C" drive.
If you are using the DVD program:
A folder named "JUL08-DVDREFGUIDE" has
been created in the PROGRAM FILES Directory on your "C" drive.
STEP 3
To use the CD program:
Go to this directory (folder) on your hard drive:
C:\Program Files\JUL08-REFGUIDE
There will be a file in this directory called "POREFGUIDE.exe"
Double click on it to run the program.
To use DVD program:
Go to this directory (folder) on your hard drive:
C:\Program Files\JUL08-DVDREFGUIDE
There will be a file in this directory called "PODVDREFGUIDE.exe"
Double click on it to run the program.

DIRECTIONS for adding the JULY 2008 update to your existing program:
1. Right click on the link above that says "JULY 2008 UPDATE "
2. Download the file (its called "JUL08-UPDATE.exe")
3. "Doubleclick" on the file you downloaded. This will "launch" the
file.
4. CLICK OK.
5. Go open your existing Songlisting Database Reference Guide program you've
been using. Go to the Main Menu, and click "IMPORT"
6. A window will open asking you what file do you want to import. You have
to choose the file. To find it, navigate to your C Drive, then go into the
Program Files folder and then into the folder JUL08-UPDATE. Inside that folder
is the update file you need, called "FMPROM". Select it!
7. An "Import Field Mapping" screen appears that requests you to "match
the fields." The field names should already be matched, but if they aren't,
make sure the button in the top right of the window is set to "VIEW BY
--- MATCHING NAMES" and they will match up for you. Then check to make
sure that the middle column all have the pointing arrow symbol "->" (not "--")
If all the columns you want imported are marked, click the button "Import."
8. You're done!

Use the same instructions as for the CD updates, the only difference is for
the PC Users, in your PROGRAM FILES directory the folder that will be created
is called "JUL08-DVDUPDATE" instead of "JUL08-UPDATE"
